In June of 1999, the third Carmen Anthony Restaurant, a Fishhouse, opened in Avon on Route 44. Carmen Anthony Fishhouse of Avon accommodates more than 200 guests, including private facilities for 40, and a seasonal Tented Outdoor Patio with a full bar. Carmen Anthony Fishhouse of Avon quickly lived up to the legendary reputation for excellence already established in Waterbury and Woodbury, and has since been joined by two additional sister restaurants in Wethersfield and New Haven.
